The MAGIC team includes researchers, students, science communicators selected on the base of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) principles. The transdisciplinary team of PIs will be mentoring and enabling a core group of junior interdisciplinary scholars prepared to push forward the inclusive study of earth science, social impacts, and adaptation strategies related to earth system change.
